Tulisa Suing Will.I.Am Over Claims She Wrote Parts Of ‘Scream & Shout’

Lets get this right …Tulisa is suing Will.I.Am. There we said it!

The N-Dubz and X- Factor judge is claiming she wrote parts of ‘Scream & Shout’ which became a worldwide hit with Will.I.Am and Britney Spears.

The singer claims she worked on the song with Jean Baptiste and was originally meant to be on her album ‘The Female Boss’ titled ‘ I don’t give a f**k’ ,before Will.I.Am grabbed it and put Britney on the track.

A source said:

“Tulisa is still fuming with Will for taking the song off her. The fact the song blew up only makes it worse.”

If she can prove she wrote some of the lyrics she is onto a big pay out in publishing rights and also her name will be featured on the track. Tulisa claims to have written the lyrics:

“When you hear this in the club, you’d better turn this s*** up.”

The X Factor judge is set to appear on tour with Ne-Yo later this year.
